The Green Quarter complex serves as a landmark for urban comfort and sustainability. The complex consists of 13 buildings and is located in the intensively developing Esilsky district of Astana just 700 meters behind the Khan Shatyr shopping center. Green Quarter provides a thoughtful positioning of buildings in the natural environment, adapted for comfortable. The complex is surrounded by ponds with a landscaped embankment, bridges, fountains, and small architectural sculptures. The project implemented the most modern concepts for a comfortable life in the metropolis. Green Quarter includes several options for housing. The complex offers spacious penthouse units with panoramic windows and a magnificent view of the city landscapes. Energy efficient technologies and materials were also used during constructions and are implemented in the design of the complex for everyday users to enjoy. Building B11 is apart of the Green Quarter complex and contain solutions for energy efficiency, water efficiency, environmental friendliness, and improved quality of user comfort in the building. LEED certification was achieved with the assistance of EST GROUP.
